包鋼股份ERP產(chǎn)銷質(zhì)系統(tǒng)開始首輪聯(lián)合測試

　　近日，包鋼股份ERP產(chǎn)銷質(zhì)系統(tǒng)開始首輪聯(lián)合測試。信息服務(wù)中心聯(lián)合包鋼股份生產(chǎn)部、技術(shù)質(zhì)量部，組織銷售公司、煉鋼廠、軌梁廠、鋼管公司等單位對包鋼股份ERP生產(chǎn)、銷售、質(zhì)量、成本、財務(wù)系統(tǒng)進行首輪用戶測試。

　　在為期三周的測試工作中，中冠咨訊技術(shù)專家就鋼管公司和軌梁廠產(chǎn)品從銷售訂單錄入、生產(chǎn)計劃排程、生產(chǎn)實績收集、成品質(zhì)檢放行、產(chǎn)品裝車發(fā)貨等全流程功能操作進行詳細講解和串聯(lián)演示，并與廠級三級系統(tǒng)進行功能聯(lián)調(diào)。此次各單位參與培訓(xùn)的關(guān)鍵用戶達130余人(次)，測試模擬真實環(huán)境，對產(chǎn)品的訂貨生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進行了監(jiān)測。此外，包鋼股份財務(wù)部(市場營銷部)組織的財務(wù)成本系統(tǒng)測試也同期進行。
