為有效提高轉(zhuǎn)爐煤氣回收量，近年來，150噸轉(zhuǎn)爐冶煉主任工程師蘇磊帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)過艱辛的現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)證探索，圍繞煤氣回收最佳關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)開展攻關(guān)，取得了成效，煤氣回收量成倍增加。成績面前，攻關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)并沒有自滿，而是繼續(xù)挖潛不止，最近，他們發(fā)現(xiàn)在品種鋼煤氣回收量仍然具有可提高空間。他們通過數(shù)據(jù)分析，找出普碳鋼與品種鋼吹煉方式的區(qū)別，確定了在冶煉兩類鋼種時(shí)選擇不同回收模式，即吹煉普碳鋼時(shí)選擇普碳鋼冶煉模式，吹煉品種鋼時(shí)選擇品種鋼冶煉模式。通過此項(xiàng)調(diào)整，品種鋼煤氣回收量顯著提高，不僅增加煤氣回收量，也減少了有毒有害氣體的排放量。(關(guān)永永)
