據(jù)該項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，該套設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢系統(tǒng)建成后將成為線材廠設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢監(jiān)控中心，能夠監(jiān)控各線液壓潤滑站油泵的啟停狀態(tài)，備用油箱狀態(tài)，油溫、油壓、液位的實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)和歷史數(shù)據(jù)等，還能夠查看各線控制程序的運(yùn)行狀況，便于遠(yuǎn)程故障查找，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)各線控制信號(hào)和軋制參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)記錄，為設(shè)備狀態(tài)、故障、工藝狀態(tài)分析提供充足的數(shù)據(jù)支持。
下一步，該廠將對(duì)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行整合，利用中修對(duì)一線后續(xù)的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造，完成設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的整體建設(shè)。 （焦克強(qiáng)）
