portant; font-family: 宋體 !important; font-size: medium; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);>繁峙縣金山鋪鄉(xiāng)苑家地村在整村搬遷過(guò)程中，與城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地增減掛鉤項(xiàng)目統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃實(shí)施，對(duì)舊村進(jìn)行土地復(fù)墾，新增耕地83.3畝，推動(dòng)了土地節(jié)約集約利用，增加了群眾收入。繁峙縣柏家莊鄉(xiāng)東介岔村土地開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目屬于社會(huì)資本投資的項(xiàng)目，包括土地平整工程、農(nóng)田水利工程、相關(guān)道路工程，建設(shè)總規(guī)模943.8畝，新增耕地669.6畝，涵養(yǎng)了生態(tài)水源，治理了水土流失。賀天才一行赴苑家地村和東介岔村，實(shí)地察看了土地增減掛鉤復(fù)墾項(xiàng)目和土地開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目。他指出，要用足用好城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地增減掛鉤政策，統(tǒng)籌拆舊安置保障和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)，改善農(nóng)村居民生產(chǎn)生活條件，將城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地增減掛鉤和土地復(fù)墾開(kāi)發(fā)工作抓出實(shí)效。
