六、供應(yīng)商資格要求：

normal style=line-height: 21pt; text-indent: 24pt;>1、供應(yīng)商應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立法人資格，持有《營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》，營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照的經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍必須包含園林綠化等服務(wù)內(nèi)容。

normal style=line-height: 21pt; text-indent: 24pt;>3、根據(jù)《財(cái)政部關(guān)于在政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)中查詢及使用信用記錄有關(guān)問題的通知》（財(cái)庫(kù)〔2016〕125號(hào)）和《河南省財(cái)政廳關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)財(cái)政部關(guān)于在政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)中查詢及使用信用記錄有關(guān)問題的通知》（財(cái)庫(kù)〔2016〕15號(hào)）被列入中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)(www.ccgp.gov.cn)“政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單”的，被列入中國(guó)執(zhí)行信息公開網(wǎng)（http://shixin.court.gov.cn/）“失信被執(zhí)行人”的、被列入國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局網(wǎng)站（www.chinatax.gov.cn/）——重大案件查詢欄目“重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單”的供應(yīng)商將被拒絕參加投標(biāo)。供應(yīng)商必須將本公司在上述三個(gè)網(wǎng)站相關(guān)欄目的信用記錄截圖打印，分別裝訂入投標(biāo)文件正副本（應(yīng)當(dāng)將信用記錄清晰展開打印，否則視同未提供）。
