中國(guó)鐵合金網(wǎng)訊：歲末年初，不經(jīng)意間，我們送走了充實(shí)收獲的2016年。

過去的365個(gè)日夜，我們有著從零起步的艱難，也有努力后初見成效的喜悅，有著成功的歡呼，也有著家人相知相伴的溫暖。

1、元月24日，公司6#錳鐵高爐成功點(diǎn)火，標(biāo)志著我公司成為了中國(guó)最大的高碳錳鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。

2、2月2日，公司舉辦了2015年“感動(dòng)?xùn)|方十大人物” 盛典。

3、3月1日，公司正式啟動(dòng)全員免費(fèi)午餐工程——“員工福利午餐”。

4、5月5日，公司舉辦了2016年“青春杯”運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。

5、6月2日，公司與上海寶鋼在我公司簽訂了長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。

6、6月4日，公司召開了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)6S管理推進(jìn)啟動(dòng)大會(huì)，標(biāo)志著公司的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理開始走向規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。

7、7月13日，公司舉辦了首屆在職大學(xué)生培訓(xùn)座談會(huì)。

8、7月16日—17日，公司組織中層以上干部到平順通天峽旅游。

9、7月20日，公司與北京首鋼在河北省遷安市首鋼股份遷安會(huì)議中心簽署了長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。

10、7月22日，公司舉辦了電氣技術(shù)比武活動(dòng)。

11、8月19日，公司舉辦了第二屆東方智慧教育基金發(fā)放座談會(huì)。

12、8月份，公司順利通過QES三體系的認(rèn)證監(jiān)審。

13、10月8日，公司舉辦了2016年首屆班組會(huì)競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)，使交接班活動(dòng)更加規(guī)范。

14、10月27日，公司首屆富錳渣重點(diǎn)客戶座談會(huì)在運(yùn)城豐匯大廈舉行，與會(huì)代表到我公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了參觀考察。

15、11月份，來自武漢鋼鐵、中信大錳、本溪鋼鐵等多家公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)來我公司參觀考察。

16、12月份，運(yùn)城市副市長(zhǎng)郭勝利、運(yùn)城市人大代表、稷山縣人大代表、稷山縣政協(xié)委員、稷山縣老干部曾到我公司視察。

17、12月31日，公司召開中層以上管理干部會(huì)議，明確了2017年的工作目標(biāo)，確定2017年為公司的“精細(xì)管理年”，并以“精、準(zhǔn)、狠”為核心理念制定了實(shí)施方案，要求全體干部員工統(tǒng)一思想，提升效率，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)管理的目標(biāo)，圓滿完成公司的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)任務(wù)。

回首2016，有艱辛，有快樂，我們無怨無悔；

展望2017，有挑戰(zhàn)，有機(jī)遇，我們豪情滿懷。
