Indsil Hydro Power: Outcome of board meeting

 [Ferro-Alloys.com]Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is planning to take on lease part of the land and the entire plant and Machinery of its subsidiary Sree Mahalakshmi Smelters Private Limited, subject to approvals, if any, and put it into operation for the production of Ferro Chrome or Silico Manganese. This is pursuant to a decision taken by the Board in its meeting held on May 26, 2016.Source : BSE
